Composition of the Management Board and Supervisory Board

Dariusz Jachowicz

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Founder of the Technological Group Automatic Systems Engineering (ASE), established in 1990, which has since grown into a network of numerous companies uniting a group of specialists and experts across various engineering and technological fields.

As the CEO and Founder of the ASE Technological Group, he implemented key reforms that significantly increased the profitability of all companies within ASE HOLDING S.A. His expansion of the Group began with the acquisition of the design office Biproraf, followed by the transformation of ASE’s previous operations into the company ASE ATEX. He continued this growth by acquiring additional design offices, such as Projmors and EKO-KONSULT, and finalized the expansion with the establishment of Camino Project. After integrating these entities into the structure of the ASE Technological Group, each one achieved substantial financial results, confirming the effectiveness of the restructuring efforts and the strategy introduced by the CEO, which is now an integral part of ASE HOLDING S.A.

His expertise extends to the broad spectrum of energy transition processes, encompassing offshore wind farms, hydrogen technologies, alternative energy sources, and intelligent energy management systems.
